Customer shall be responsible for the safe storing and backup of data before work commences. IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPUTERS R US, INC BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL,SPECIAL,INDIRECT,OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.
Parts may be either new or refurbished. All replaced parts become the property of Computers R Us Inc. I give Computers R Us, Inc. an express mortgage on described equipment to secure payment for any parts and labor approved by me. In the event the approved repair is not paid, I hereby grant you the right to take possession of said equipment with or with out notice.
After 30 days equipment left will be charged a $30.00 weekly storage fee. After 60 days the equipment becomes the property of Computers R Us, Inc. I have read the terms and conditions and my signature hereto is full acknowledgement of such.
